Every county has three sponsored placements that appear in the chat sidebar when users ask about that service. You compete for these spots by setting a standing monthly bid for each county you want coverage in. Bids move in $5 increments and automatically roll forward each month until you change them.

At month-end, DeedCoach runs an automated auction for every county. The top three bids win next month’s sponsored slots; if multiple advertisers bid the same amount, a fair random tiebreak determines who wins and in what order. You only pay if you win.

Even if you don’t win:

• Providers who bid but finish 4th or lower are still shown in the sidebar’s non-sponsored area.
• These bidders are ranked above all $0 bidders, giving meaningful extra visibility for anyone who invests.
• $0 bidders remain eligible for free wins in counties with low competition, making $0 a smart way to cover wide territory at no cost.

In short: bidding something improves your placement even when you miss, and bidding $0 still keeps you in the game and can secure sponsored slots in quiet counties.
